    Cancellation Of Appointment Via The Phone
    1. Purpose

    Kathy Walker and any staff representing Kathy Walker, respect that unanticipated events can happen and that your time is valuable. We also appreciate that you understand our time is valuable too.  In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding service to all of our clients, we have adopted a 24-hour cancellation policy.

    1. Scope

    This Cancellation Policy applies to all clients of Kathy Walker’s psychic practice.

    1. Policy

    Whilst we do not issue refunds for cancelled appointments, we do allow the opportunity to re-book at no extra cost, provided notice of cancellation is received 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to you, the client.

    Cancellations that occur with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancelled booking fee being applied (which will be equal to the value of the consultation fee for that booking which had been made and subsequently cancelled).  Consideration is offered for emergencies or unforeseen events. 

    If you make a booking and subsequently fail to present for your designated appointment (and we have not had any contact about your appointment cancellation), this will result in a cancelled booking fee being applied. This will be equal to the value of the consultation fee for that booking which had been made and subsequently cancelled.
